Migrated a vulnerable Joomla site to a custom PHP platform with gated course materials and download tracking that supported grant funding.
The site moved off an insecure Joomla install in 2015. The owner needed a login system to know where her course materials were being used.
Approved users get access to all content, and a custom tracker logs every file download to MySQL — data she used to secure government funding for the project.
